International Trade: We are able to produce, manufacture and supply large, medium and smaller orders and deliver to small-medium-large sized traders in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia/New Zealand and Asia at wholesale or export prices. We do not trade with Central and South African countries and some others.

Customisations: Due to the fact that the great majority of our works are artisan crafted we can offer various customisation options however most are usually only feasible at certain volumes.  More details here.

Samples: Subject to availability (see table below) we can also arrange sample deliveries for immediate dispatch provided samples and shipping is paid for.

• To calculate costs postal charges refer to the above tables for product weight and postage rates. Add the weights of the desired quantity / selection of barrels to which you must add an extra kilo for packaging material and choose your preferred mail method. Please note that all the above weights are approximate and that we would give you exact delivery costs once you have confirmed your order.

• Bank charges are 10Euros and 6% of order to a maximum of 50 Euros. Obviously for large orders this expense is waived.

• Phyto-Sanitary Certification: When shipping by air or sea such treatment and certification is requiered by the import country's customs authorities on arrival. We can provide such certification at cost however small quantities delivered by courier or mail need not have such certification and therefore won't incur such extra costs.

• Taxes :if you are based in the EU an 18% VAT must be added on the total invoice amount, however, if you are VAT registered you will be VAT refunded. If you are based outside the EU you can be liable to pay taxes, duties or other charges on arrival.

Useful information needed when calculating the load of a container. Each barrel is  packed in a carton box. Boxes are then placed on a pallet of which up to 12 pallets can be loaded on a 20ft container or alternatively up to 24 pallets can be loaded on a 40ft container. Below is the amount of  kegs that can be loaded on a single EURO pallet (1200mm x 800mm).
